Our Pricing Philosophy
Serviceberry Consulting works in disability, community, and small-business spaces. Many people we serve face financial and systemic barriers. Our pricing is built around five commitments:

Clarity — You will always know the cost before work begins.
Tiers & Transparency — For outcome-based services like DTC support, we explain fees clearly in advance.
Access & Inclusion — At every possibility, work will not be turned away due to lack of financial resources. Reduced pricing is available for equity-seeking, low-income, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ clients.
No Surprise Billing — If something may exceed the estimate, we pause and ask first.
Shared Community Benefit — Serviceberry is committed to building a network and community of support through accessible, human-paced services.

DTC Application Support
Best for: People applying for the DTC for the first time

Tiered success fee model:

25% of the first $20,000 of refund

10% of any refund amount above $20,000

Disability & Benefit Applications (Non-DTC)
For medium-size applications:

Grant Writing & Funding Applications
Grant work varies in size. We will confirm the price before starting.
Typical ranges:
Small grants: $450–$750
Medium grants: $900–$1,800
Large or complex grants: $2,000–$4,000
